All items are sent via Special Delivery (UK) and Tracked and Signed for overseas.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are there to sign for delivery of the goods and have supplied a correct and complete delivery address. Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, we cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
Your jewellery will be packaged safely and securely in a jewellery box and delivered in a padded envelope.
